The fourth of World Rugby’s Impact Beyond 2025 women’s health webinars will focus on nutrition for female rugby players. This session builds on the huge success of Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 and increased interest in the women’s game and is part of World Rugby’s Impact Beyond 2025 legacy programme around the tournament. It is part of a wider webinar series providing women and girls who play the sport with better awareness of health issues which often aren’t as openly discussed as they could be.

This session builds on the huge success of Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 and increased interest in the women’s game and is part of World Rugby’s Impact Beyond 2025 legacy programme around the tournament. It is part of a wider webinar series providing women and girls who play the sport with better awareness of health issues which often aren’t as openly discussed as they could be.
The fourth free webinar of the Impact Beyond 2025 programme, will take place on Monday 10 November at 0900 GMT and . It will focus on:
- Key nutritional considerations for female rugby players
- Factors influencing players such as body image and access to support
- How to empower coaches and management to support players
The webinar will be led by Lara Wilson a highly experienced nutritionist who is Lead Nutritionist at the Scottish Rugby Union and who with the Scotland team at Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025.
