These programs are tailored to the Oceania region, delivered in partnership with our Member Unions and incorporate both World Rugby and Oceania Sport Education Program’s.

Activate
Activate is a structured, progressive, rugby specific exercise programme that improves performance and reduces injuries. It is designed to be used as part of training session and pre-match warm-up routines. Here you will find the links to the exercise video playlists for each of the Activate programs.
